"Why Does President Bush Continue to Attack Trial Attorneys over Medical Malpractice Claims instead of Dealing with the Issue"

A week ago, President Bush, again lashed out at Trial Attorneys for filing Medical Malpractice Lawsuits.

It was just several weeks ago in the President's State of the Union Address that he again used the word "Junk Lawsuits" to describe the lawsuits filed against Doctors and Hospitals for Medical Malpractice. President Bush feels these lawsuits, whether justified or not, hurt the economy and Doctors ability to do their jobs.

However, the President fails to tell the whole story. In the above articel AAJ Cheif Executive John Haber fired back at the President. 'Restricting the rights of victims to hold wrongdoers accountable will do nothing to lower health care costs and in turn, eliminate a key incentive for hospitals and health-care providers to decrease the 100,000 deaths that occur each year from preventable medical errors.

It seems the President wants to ignore the facts and focus on the fiction and key buzzwords like Junk Lawsuits.

Kentucky Medical Malpractice Attorney Daryl T. Dixon focus on the facts, not the fiction. "We do not file Junk Lawsuits, and neither do other lawyers." What we do do is focus on the facts of the situation and if there is evidence of Medical Malpractice or Hospital Negligence, we dilligently prosecute that case for our clients.
