Phillip Smith of Clinton Kentucky died over the weekend after a Kentucky Truck Wreck sent him crashing into his neighbors yard. His son, Josh, was killed in Kentucky Truck Wreck last May. Both Father and Son were killed in their Trucks.
Phillip will be buried next to Josh.
