Kentucky Wrongful Death Claim is Likely in the Case of Linda Stem

Linda Stem, 82, of Mayfield Kentucky was killed in a collision between a Church Van and a Suburban on Sunday Evening.  This Kentucky Wrongful Death Wreck happened as Stem was on her way to church. 

Stem was traveling in a Seven Oaks Church of Christ Van/Mini bus when the Suburban ran a red light and struck the van. 

The driver of the Suburban was cited for disregarding a traffic control signal but it is unclear if their will be additional charges brought by the Graves County Attorney. 

It is fairly clear that the Stem's family will have a Kentucky Wrongful Death Claim.
