A horrible multiple vehicle accident ended in Tragedy early Tuesday Morning. As the Police in Bath County Kentucky were clearing the scene of an earlier accident a Semi Tractor Trailer Truck rear ended a passenger car killing one and injuring another.
I wrote a blog post at my Western-Kentucky Injuryboard Site Earlier Today. The Accident took the life of Kenneth McKenzie of Bath County. It was foggy as the accident happened near 4:00 in the morning.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the crash. It is likely that the family of McKenzie will have a claim for Kentucky Wrongful Death agains the Trucking Company and their driver.
